Our Consultants: Jennifer Konkin Jennifer works at both the individual and company-wide level to increase organizational effectiveness. Jennifer has developed customized instruments for an assessment center and uses a variety of personality and 360 measures in leadership development. She facilitates leadership development through an integrative executive coaching approach. Jennifer collaborates with clients in realizing development plans that emphasize accountability and sustainable change. At the organizational level, Jennifer has developed, analyzed, and reported feedback on organizational surveys. She has further designed and implemented programs to increase annual funding and volunteerism in non-profit organizations. |
